I recently collaborated on a project with esa New York to do an upcycle workshop for FIT's Sustainability Awareness Week! My first encounter with esa New York was at their Do + Brew event in 2019. Reworked Vintage for Fall: Part 2

I found this 2 piece set at the thrift store and immediately knew I would probably keep it for myself. It's a black velvet with brown leaves and it's super stretchy. My vision initially was to wear both pieces with the shirt tied up (shown below on the left). In my head it looked flattering. Once I got home and tried it on, that was not the case. Thrift Haul For My Toddler

Are kids really that expensive? I guess it depends on your mindset and spending habits. Personally, I shop second-hand first whenever I need something for my son. Clothes, toys, strollers, and even some furniture in his room are second-hand. I love to thrift for his clothes but for online deals Facebook marketplace is my first stop. Reworked Vintage for Fall: Part 1

I had this Maggy London top that was part of one of my normal thrift hauls. I struggled with deciding whether I would sell it as it or rework it. I really loved the colors and simple floral print.
