80s 90s Karin Stevens Tribal Overlay Dress (Size 10)

100% rayon dress with shoulder pads. Zips up the back. Top layer has a tribal motifs and bottom layer is light brown with a small square pattern. The back of the dress is all the light brown fabric. Ties at the waist were damaged and cut off.
